Raj is an Associate with Banc of America Securities' investment
banking division in San Francisco, California. He covers the
media, software and telecom sectors and has worked on merger
& acquisition transactions, as well as cross-border initiatives.
Raj brings over seven years of relevant experience to meDia
soft, in which he has worked with and advised high-growth technology
firms worldwide on issues related to corporate strategy, finance
and marketing. Raj was with PricewaterhouseCoopers' corporate
restructuring group and was a founding member of Scient's corporate
development team. A cornerstone of Raj's expertise is his familiarity
with helping early-stage companies raise venture funding, implement
strategic alliances and identify avenues for international expansion.
He is an active member of the Wharton Private Equity Network
and Harvard Club of Northern California. Raj holds a BA from
the University of Pennsylvania, MPA from Harvard and MBA from
Kellogg.
