As the Founder & CEO of meDia soft, Radhika is responsible for business development, corporate strategy and finance. She has spear-headed meDia soft's international expansion and its diversification into captioning and translation services. Prior to launching meDia soft, Radhika garnered experience in finance and strategy with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Accenture.

Radhika completed her education at the University of Pennsylvania where she pursued degrees in Political Science and Political Economic Development from the Wharton School. In order to complement her degree in Political Science, she later pursued International Politics and Economics at Oxford University.

Rishit Kapadia I Director- Business Development

As Director of Business Development at meDia soft, Rishit is responsible for expansion into new markets and our foray into allied services. He has spearheaded meDia soft's international expansion into the European market and its diversification into captioning services. Prior to meDia soft, Rishit garnered experience over a period of 9 years in new business development for both Hitachi, USA and Satish Textiles Pvt. Ltd, a textile conglomerate based in Mumbai.

Rishit completed his MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Business Strategy at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.

As an Operations Manager Omkar is responsible for handling our transcription unit and managing entire operations. He comes from a very strong ops background in the BPO industry. Prior to meDia soft, Omkar has worked with Wipro BPO, Spanco Telesystems & Services Ltd. and Green Point Technology Services India Ltd.

Omkar is a commerce graduate and has also done Diploma in Software Engineering.

Sushma Indrajit I Project Manager - Transcription

Sushma is responsible for implementing strategies in order to maximize employee productivity, improve accuracy levels and assure timely deliveries. Sushma also works closely with meDia sharp, our training institute, in order to develop practical modules aimed to train our teams in content, speed, format, culture and industry-specific terminology and accent comprehension.

Sushma's educational background includes Management as well as Computer Programming and Applications; in addition, she has over three years of experience in the IT industry.

Pradeep Mathews | Manager – Subtitling

Pradeep is responsible for implementing strategies in order to maximize employee productivity, improve accuracy levels and assure timely deliveries, as well as maintain quality standards of the team. He is also responsible for training the team on client requirements related to content and style guide, as well as training new recruits.

He has over three years of experience in the ITES industry and has worked in BPO’s in Chennai and Mumbai.

Anne-Marie spearheads our Quality Assurance department at meDia soft and is responsible for implementing style and content requirements according to the particular client's instructions, training teams accordingly and making final editorial checks on all files before they are released.

Anne-Marie has an honours degree in Linguistics & Languages from Birkbeck College, University of London, and has considerable experience training and teaching English as a foreign and second language in the UK, Spain, Australia and Mexico.

Zaara heads the Human Resources department in meDia soft. She is responsible for planning HR strategies for Recruitment, Motivation, Training & Development and Retention of employees. She strongly believes that the success of an organization depends on the development of each employee and constantly strives for excellence in training and professional progression.

She has completed her graduation in the commerce field. She holds a rich experience base in recruitment within the BPO industry.

Tanveer Ahmed I Network Administrator & Project Coordinator

Tanveer maintains security levels and security efficiencies for protecting client data. He handles meDia soft's systems and upgrades, and works closely with the Operations department in order to procure or develop technology to handle operational processes. Tanveer has a B.Sc. in Computer Science and was previously with Intech Computers in Mumbai. He has also served with the U.S. Marines in Kuwait in the Telecom Department.
