In 2001, meDia soft Digital Pvt Ltd
launched with a team of three transcriptionists and one editor
in one of the suburbs of Mumbai. Within three years our team
size has grown to 150, in addition to over 70 freelancers.
Alongside our Transcription unit, we have developed an in-house
training institute that has been the impetus to our quality-driven
approach.
Today, we are the premier provider of media and business
transcription services in the nation. Our philosophy is constructed
around three significant principles: quality assurance, timely
delivery and cost effectiveness.
Our expert trainers have developed a unique hands-on training
curriculum that includes practical modules and accent training
as well as culture and industry-specific learnings. Each of
our new recruits is required to undergo ten-months of training
prior to handling live work - no other media transcription
company in India offers such an intensive training requirement,
which has clearly helped distinguish us among our competitors.
We cater to a turn-around-time of as low as two hours with
teams on-call for emergency requests or ad hoc assignments.
Due to the time-bound nature of the industry, our Operations
department monitors team productivity on the hour, every hour.
Hence, we continuously meet the most stringent deadlines.
In addition to quality control and timely delivery, we empower
our clients with a cost effective deliverable that is 10-20%
less than average transcription rates in India.
At meDia soft Digital Pvt Ltd, we consider our teams to be
your company's off-shore team; hence, we work closely with
all our clients to build lasting, powerful and result-oriented
relationships. In addition to transcription services, meDia
soft Digital Pvt Ltd has made a foray into multi-language
captioning and subtitling. Our editorial process is three-pronged,
assuring our clients of content that is error-free and accurately
time-coded.
